Jennings Morton Friel Associates are partnering with a world-renowned Not for Profit organisation who are looking for an experienced Payroll and Pensions Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.  This role offers hybrid working (4 days from home, 1 in the office).  Reporting to the Head of Finance, working in a supportive payroll team, and supervising 1 Payroll Administrator the Payroll and Pensions Advisor will oversee a weekly payroll, with a very tight turnaround, and act as the main point of contact to the outsourced payroll provider.  The role will also encompass payroll analysis and reporting.  Other duties include; resolving payroll and pension queries, supervising the organisation's pension scheme, and pension reconciliations.

The role would suit an experienced Payroll professional with recent experience in Payroll and Pensions.   You will be able to manage and develop your staff member. It is imperative that the Payroll and Pensions Advisor has strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.  As with all payroll jobs, you will need a keen eye for details.  Pension reconciliation and prior experience engaging with Unions would be highly beneficial.
