Our client, a dynamic advertising and marketing company based in Central London are looking to hire a Head of Finance on a permanent basis . This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire financial function, providing strategic insights, and acting as a trusted partner to the CEO and Board. The Head of Finance will:
- Lead financial planning, reporting, treasury, and compliance across multiple territories, ensuring robust controls and commercial support.
- Offer a hands-on approach will be vital in building resilient financial processes and supporting international operations, all within a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Mentor and develop a small finance team.
In order to be suitable for this role it is expected the Head of Finance will:
- Be qualified CIMA/ACCA with at least two years' post-qualification experience, preferably in a HoF or Finance Director role
- Experience managing finance for international, multi-entity, multi-currency organisations
- Strong knowledge of UK corporation tax, VAT, PAYE, with understanding of overseas tax and payroll processes
- Able to work hands-on with financial models and strategic planning
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders including non-financial colleagues
This role offers hybrid working with 4 days per week working from home.
