Amazing opportunity to join a specialist gold dealer as the Finance Manager reporting to the Head of Finance. This role is based in Central London and is office based 5 days a week. You will be responsible for overseeing the finance function and introducing AI tools to enhance reporting. Duties will include:-
Responsibility of the Finance Manager role:-
- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Month end close, journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet and bank reconciliations
- Assist with variance analysis against budget identifying key drivers
- Maintain financial reporting
- Manage cashflow including multi currency and approve FX
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain robust internal controls
- Quarterly VAT and statutory reporting
Requirements of the Finance Manager role:-
- Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience
- Proven track record as a finance manager
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- First rate communication and business partnering skills
