JMF Associates is seeking a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Finance Manager for a fast-growing engineering company based on the South East London/Kent border. In this strategic role, with a strong emphasis on business partnering, you will deliver accurate management information and commercial insights to support business performance. The Finance Managers key focusses:
- Produce accurate and in depth Financial reporting
- Developing and maintaining strong controls
- Driving effective working capital management
- Partner with senior leaders, providing guidance, challenge, and support to shape the company's future success
- Ensuring compliance and fostering continuous improvement.
This role would suit:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
- Proven experience in finance business partnering
- Strong financial analysis and management reporting expertise
- Experience supervising teams and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive improvements
- Experience in project accounting and compliance
