Wonderful opportunity to join an innovative, award winning charity at a time of restructure and development. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for bringing the finance function in house and daily management of one finance assistant. This is initially a 6 month temporary contract and maybe extended. Duties will include:-
- Management of finance, operations, admin and HR
- Full monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Process invoices, petty cash and payroll
- Prepare and monitor the budget including any variances
- Manage a finance assistant
- Assist with statutory year end accounts
The ideal person will have a background in not for profit, will be available for a 6 month contract. The role is totally remote but, may require occasional days at the office in Leeds. Its a 35 hour working week and 20 days holiday prorata for the 6 months.
