An amazing opportunity to join this renowned warehouse/retail group based in Basingstoke, as a Credit Controller. Reporting to the Credit Manager you will be responsible to the management of your own ledger and will liaise closely with the Sales Team and Finance.
Responsibility of the Credit Manager Role:-
- Manage your own portfolio of clients closely monitoring and setting credit limits
- Attend regular meeting with the Credit Manager to review account status, resolve queries and action any potential bad debts
- Send copy invoices and statements when requested
- Improves processes and procedures and identify areas of weakness
- Investigated unallocated cash to find the correct account
- Produce aged debtor and cashflow reports
Requirements of the Credit Manager Role:-
- A proven track record in credit control or sales ledger
- First rate communication skills verbally and written
- Strong systems and Excel skills
- Ability to liaise across the Group within Sales, Finance and Warehouse team
