JMF Associates are exclusively partnering with a North Kent-based successful yet growing business in their recruitment of a Accounts Payable Assistant. This vacancy offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a knowledgable yet supportive finance team the Accounts Payable Assistant will oversee the accounts payable function for 4 group entities. This includes:
- coding, processing, and posting purchase orders
- preparing payment runs
- posting bank receipts
- reconciling supplier statements
- resolving supplier queries
The role would suit an experienced Accounts Payable professional who is looking to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment and fully utilise their skillset. The Accounts Payable Assistant is expected to possess solid systems/MS Excel skills, and strong communication skills.
