Our client based in southeast London is recruiting for an accounts assistant to assist with all aspects of sales and purchase ledger processing to ensure that clients receive invoices and suppliers’ invoices are processed on a timely and accurate basis.  The business is well established and very successful with whom we have a longstanding relationship.  Key areas of responsibility include:-

  • Preparing and issuing monthly invoices
  • Preparing and issuing invoices for non-contracted additional services and goods
  • Processing credit requests
  • Handling client invoice queries directly and coordinating with the credit control team
  • Process expenses, monitoring the correct authorisation and coding
  • Prepare nominal ledger journals.

This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, be a good team player with a hands-on approach.  The role is hybrid with two days working from home, 25 days holiday, and other benefits.
